To add to what ejvogie said below, the hole pictured is actually the practice hole. #18 is to the right of this picture behind a good size tree.

There are 3 baskets visible from the tee. The closest is 16's basket. The one to the left nearest the parking lot is the practice basket. The one you're aiming for is behind a tree on the right. Go straight at the tree with an S shot (RHBH) or go over 16's basket with a big hyzer (also RHBH).
