This hole is so downhill that just about any shot could go long. An overhand can work here to get the disc down faster. You could take a wide hyzer, but it would risk hitting some trees (the left side of the fairway is slightly more open).

With the fairway following the creek which curves to the right, don't put your drive in the creek, since that area is total jail and you might lose your disc. Keeping shots too straight is a better mistake to make.

A right handed thumber (or lefty hammer) might be a good option to try. It should avoid some of the early trees by flying on the right and avoid the later ones by flying on the left.

Be careful not to go long on this hole. The basket is right on the edge of a creek that is difficult to see from the tee.

The cleanest line is a slow RHBH anny that fades out toward the basket at the end. This is not an easy line to master, so many other lines have been carved. A RHFH shot can be had straight off the tee in the direction of the tee, if you can thread the trees on the hill and fade to the right at the end. Also, a LH thumber/ RH tomahawk over the trees on the right side leaves a HUGE gap, if you have the arm. Best to take this shot when the leaves have fallen :)

The clearest visible gap is straight up the middle, but there are more lines here -- over the top of the pines if you have the arm for it, or to the far right on a RHBH hyzer, aiming to get a big skip toward the basket. An ace has been recorded like this.

Lots of popular lines here. Some like to go OVER the left side of all the trees with a slow hyzer; others take the left side of the fairway and aim for a skip on the dry flat spot just near the creek's edge. Even lately, I've been throwing a lefty thumber straight up the gap -- avoids the trees, and lands in the circle.

Another option that works very well especially in the winter time is to just take a beat putter or mid and pure it right down the middle of the tee for rhbh or lhbh if your thumber isn't up to par.

there is an optional route around the big tree on the left. I throw a LHFH around it but have seen players throw a RHBH anny. it helps keep some of the early trees out of play and will prevent you from banging your hand on the other tree.

The most popular line on this hole is a thumber(right handed) around the tight gap. thrown straight it will flip over and skip up to the basket.
