The best throw for this hole is one that comes in from the right and gently fades towards the basket at the end. It's a perfect line for a standard RHBH throw.
A nice gentle RHBH anhyzer (and I mean gentle) is just what the doctor ordered for this hole. Don't pull it too far right though, that pond is fairly close.
Aside from the main opening in the trees, the best route to take is the largest opening on the far right. A slight hyzer on a RHBH throw will give you a great shot right up near the basket following that route.
This is a good hole to try a overhand/hammer throw if you are going to try to ace it. It's hard to get a regular throw through the trees in front of basket, but an overhead will drop in right behind them and give you a great chance at an ace.
