If you want to lay up in front of the water it's 288' from the Long/Post tee to the tree in front of the water. If you're laying up, then playing out wide to the right offers a more open shot at the basket than going left of center off the tee.
When standing on the teebox, to line up where the blind basket behind the hill is, look waaaaay off in the distance for the flag flying on a pole just above the tree line.
With the basket on the left side of the hill the best approach strategy is a RHFH or lefty hyzer shot (or possibly overhand). Most RHBH shots end up on the wrong side of the hill or skipping too far from the basket side.
The straight up the middle shot is the obvious one, but risky if you hit a tree and kick OB. Check out the high RHBH high hyzer line off the tee, it's a really tough '2', but a pretty safe '3'.
A good roller here can keep you save from flying over the OB dog park fence, and done right the disc can even roll/slide down the fence for extra distance.
