#18 is par 4 from the blue tee and par 3 from the red tee. It's uphill with a decent size fairway width. Simple: keep it straight and in the fairway. I wouldn't say it's better to be left or right, if you do miss the fairway, it just depends on your lie and if trees are directly obstructing your approach shot.

#17 is pretty short and simple, but has the narrowest gap right at the tee, in between two trees. If you make it through the gap, I've never seen anyone make bogey. That's IF you make it through those two trees.

#16 is one of the more intimidating tee shots on the course. Thick woods and underbrush are too the immediate left and right -- and the basket is at the top of a steep hill. If your drive it to the right, multiple trees guard the approach shot. It's better to stay low, hugging the path of the creek to the left, and aim for the bottom-left of the hill. Easy approach shot from there.

#15 is long and plays downhill. You can right the green on your drive if you can keep it straight. I've lost discs on this hole by hyzering too much and not seeing where they land. It's not a bad idea to use a spotter here, if you can.

Tip #5

#14 plays slightly downhill, parallel to #13, which goes up the hill. Be careful on your putt: this is a fast green with the basket sitting right on the edge of a steeper part of the hill. Discs can roll a long way if you miss this putt going downhill.

#13 is the longest hole, playing uphill as a par 4. Get your drive as far up or over the hill as possible, staying in the middle of the fairway, to give yourself a chance to throw a fairway drive close to the basket and make birdie.

#12 plays downhill with the basket close to Spring Forest Road behind it. I've never seen anyone throw it in the road, but be careful. It is a little closer than you realize from the tee.

#11 is an open hole that plays uphill. There are trees and rough to the right -- and you have to hzyer (for RHBH) around some trees directly in front of the tee -- but stay to the open, right-hand side for a clear shot at the basket on your putt.

#10 is the tightest alley on the course. The back tee is unusable and I've never seen anyone throw from there. The closer tee is generally accepted as the red and blue tee, so far as I know. On your drive, it's better to be in the left rough (trees) than the right right (trees and underbrush). Throw it as straight as you can. The back pin placement makes this a par 4 hole, in my opinion. It's a good 80 feet longer in that position.

#9 is the most open hole on the golf course. It's long and uphill, but all you do is grip it and rip it and avoid the OB (a parking lot) to the right.
