THIS TIP IS FOR HOLE 4W: Hole 4W is a relatively straightforward par 4, on the longer side at just about 700 feet from the pro pad. The parking lot is all out of bounds, so for a RHBH player, focus on having your anhyzer hold to the right to ensure a safe placement. For the second shot, for shorter arms it can be a good place to test your RHBH roller play as the natural curve to the right can work out. Make sure to avoid the grove of trees on the right side of the fairway as they can be hard to navigate. The gravel path on the left side of the hole *after* the parking lot IS in bounds.

THIS TIP IS FOR HOLE 3W: This is the most straightfoward of the short holes on the West course. Generally, most pros play a gently sloping anhyzer putter shot. For most players, the big focus is to not go left over the edge of the hole, as that can turn this easy hole into a 4 or a 5 in a hurry. Better to miss right. Also, hitting the trees in the middle of the fairway can make it easy to ricochet to the bottom.

THIS TIP IS FOR HOLE 2W: Hole 2W is a brutal par three with danger everywhere. In general, the tiny right-side line is inadvisable. The play is to take an flat to understable mid-range and flex it left to right on an anhyzer line as far as you can. Focus on making the gap where the fairway starts to shift to the right. Right hand forehand is also viable here if you can thread the gap.

THIS TIP IS FOR HOLE 1W: The famous "Philo" hole is a fairly score-able par 5 by most standards. A good long hyzer off the tee opens the hole up. On the second shot, experienced players will be seeking to reach the rise toward the end of the fairway, allowing for an "s" curve RHBH shot that wraps around the right of the large trees and back left to the blind, guarded pin. Avoid going in to the large trees guarding the green, as it can take several shots to power through that grove. In general on this hole, focus on staying out of the shrubs for best results.

Generally, the best play on this hole for a RHBH thrower is to take a long hyzer, throw it out over the road, and let it slide back to the left in the fairway. You can take a forehand or a roller up the left line, but it's hard to get far enough to leave yourself a clean upshot.

Hole 17E is an uphill dogleg left par 4. The pin is not visible until you make it 350 up the fairway, where the hole bends slightly left. A good RHBH throw plays at least 330 feet to the middle, offering a chance at a long shot to reach the hole for a birdie. The main thing to avoid for most players is having your drive slide out left on a hyzer, which places you behind a tough wall of trees necessitating a pitch-out.

This is a relatively straightforward right to left long par 3. Only the longest arms have a chance of reaching it from the tee. You need to huck it about 430 on a low skipping hyzer line to reach the green. For everyone else, just make sure to avoid hyzer-ing out left into the rough, make your play to the middle tree, with anything directly past that offering a good chance for an up and down par.

This is one of the signature short holes at Milo McIver, the hole starts with a narrow fairway, that opens up as the hole bends left to the pin. One effective play is to throw a sharp hyzer with a somewhat flippy driver that will sweep left with a skip to the pin. Another effective play, not often seen by amateur players is a RHFH flick roller shot that bends left up to the pin.

This is a pretty straightforward short par three, a simple RHBH turnover putter shot that finishes straight can get you to the green, in the longer pin position, it plays a bit longer than it looks, and a good 250' shot is needed to get to the pin.

Tip by:radsnowsurfer Added on: Hole:#13
This is a classic multi-option wooded par three. The more common long position is tucked back on the right and allows for a few different approaches. If you have a long right-hand forehand drive a low-line turnover forehand around the left side of the large tree in the fairway. For the RHBH throwers, you can try and hold a long turnover anhyzer shot around the left side of the tree, though getting the disc to finish right near the pin is difficult. One shot that most players won't recognize off the tee, but that is viable is a RHBH cut roller that plays up the middle, through the skinny trees on the right and finishing to the right. Lastly, simply throwing a hyzer flip to the right of the large tree as a sort of "chuck-and-pray" through the skinny trees can work as well.
