When the hole is in the far left position, consider using the giant tree and its smaller cousin as a double mando. Not marked as such, but adds a little difficulty.
To add to the challenge of this hole, play the trees in front of you as a double mando. Especially hard as this is a par 2.
The basket can sometimes be tricky to see from the pad. it is a straight shot from the teepad, just over the berm.
Most locals play across the path as OB, but on the path or on the teepad side of the path has still in bounds.
This hole crosses across the rock garden/fairway to hole 16. A bad drive can go hard left and end up on 16s teepad.
17s fairway is right behind the tree that borders the basket. Keep it left and you shouldn't cross over.
If you can't reach the basket with your drive, try and land on the teepad side of the berm, or you will end up deep in jail on the other side.
The other air it out hole. The ditch wind doesnt come into play here so feel free to let it fly. Trees on the left could be trouble on errant shots.
Crossing fairway's here. A flick is advisable, just because the straight shot or hyzer line crosses you into 2s Fairway.
One of only two chances to air it out on this course...resist the temptation. Those crazy ditch winds will smack you around. Keep it low and hard.
