The shape of this fairway is subtle. It looks arrow straight, but a couple of trees crowd the right side about halfway down, making the rhbh line smaller than the rhfh. I hyzer flip a rhfh to get a gentle S that rides through the largest margins. I still usually fade out before the green, but the approach from the right side is easy.

LHBH or RHFH hyzer flips are exactly what this hole calls for. I've been tossing a superglidey understable Hatchet here rhfh.

If you can manage the gap, a RHFH hyzer with something neutral like a Teebird plops the disc by the pin most times. Just don't get too straight and bury the disc long left.

A backhand roller on this hole avoids the blast of wind you usually get when the disc rises above the road level, eliminates vehicle/OB issues, there's plenty of room for it, and wimplings like myself can roll farther than we can throw anyway.

The finisher plays long, because it's slightly up slope, and the pine threes mid-fairway cause ceiling issues. My best chance is hyzerflipping my driver sharp and low (hoping for some forward skippage), but I've seen some experienced roller throwers get in pretty tightly on here as well.

One more reachable lhfh s-shaped line here, but there's a slim chance of getting in rhbh, if you choose a midrange disc that won't fade too far left. the green has one last guardian tree that usually doesn't pose too bad of a problem.

19 is a longer version of 16 & 16. You really, really want your tee shot to stay in the fairway. If you must err, better to kick one lane to the right, rather than to the left. If need be, disc down, and don't try to get all of this one in one gulp. Deuces are uncommon below Open level play.

The original intended fairway on 18 goes forward off the tee 1/3rd of the way, then essentially takes a 90 degree bend to the left for the remaining 2/3rds. However, most folks have studied their Pythagorean Theorem, and angle across the tee, trying to sneak straight across the hypotenuse at the green. If you try it, and do kick off one of the gnarly pines, your best bet is to get your second to that approach fairway even if you have to sacrifice the par. I know, it looks like you can reach the green, but the trees might have other ideas!

17 is a shorter version of 16, with the pine tree line on your right actually crowding the approach just a bit more. I don't have the good rhfh that will get me real close, so I'm turning my Fuse over ever so slightly (rhbh) to hope and pray for the easy putt. Please be aware that anything you try to (or inadvertently) work in from the right will get pretty close to anybody there at the bench on the 18th tee.

You return to the edge of the pine lanes on 16, with its basket tucked fairly nicely into an approachable green on the right, about 100 yards down the way. Clearly, your best bet, if you have it, is a rhfh or lhbh throw that gives you a chance to skip in off the pine needles just in front of that last fairway tree.
