no tee sign standing out, but there's a stone marker by the corner of the pond. I think it'd be more fun to play from the side of the pond near the private property sign. Would make a great RHFH over the water.
Not sure where the original tee was but the sign is now near the dock. As it turns out the dock is really fun to play from w/ a RHBH over the water.
