3.00 star(s) Solid Variety of hole length and shape challenges you to use lots of shots. Good trails. Not too many bushes and plants. Shot +1 on the red tees. Black tees look pretty challenging. Will be a very nice course if tee pads get finished.

2.00 star(s) Not2Shabby Benches on tee pads are nice. Numerous ace holes. Well maintained by the property owner. Short holes make for quick round. Too many holes under 150'. Swampy. Too many OB markers on fairways. Get rid of all of the OB markers. Maybe just have them around the hazards.
