I used a similar tool box, it’s not that great honestly. The stubby wheels and kinda v shaped hull allow it to tip from side to side. Not to mention there’s no compartments so everything just gets jumbled up.

No it does not. I'm seriously considering trading in my 64 e2 for this. The e2 flap cover pocket was horribly designed and it appears in the e3 that issue does not appear to be resolved.
I don't see any difference. I am hoping that they corrected the cover pocket that folds and velcros underneath the top compartment pocket. The problem with the E2 and I suppose E1 is that the cover/flap pocket when there one or two discs in it then it causes problems trying to retrieve discs...
