100degrees and counting
Nice layout, older forrest means less lost discs. I played the short tees and had a good time, the holes that are short are still cleverly done. This is about shaped shots and a driver was not in my hand much.Buzzzzzz territory for sure. Flick and back hand players...

high country=insane elevation
best all around course in the carolinas, with clean virgin lands, friendly folks at park, lots of exercise, wild life (copperheads and black snakes a plenty)
Big bombs off Pheonix mountain, water hazard on three and six, nine and eighteen will make you smile wider...

Squirrely Hike
Good use of land and a weird number of holes make this pretty cool. You can kill twenty-four holes here and have a great time. This course is way easier in the winter than summer considering the foliage. Tight and short is the way, use your midrange and park holes, or pay for your...

ELEVATION STATION
Great use of elevation with interesting shots that are uncommon to the area make this a fun one indeed.
If elevation is your thing, and it should be considering your love for aerodynamics (cheers), this is a great park to get you feeling the ace runs, and looking for errant...

Intermediate Dream
The water holes are nice, the first two rounds I threw on #9 I nearly aced. The third time, not being the charm, goodbye ZAvenger. Remember to check the wind when playing out of the woods across water.Even though this course is new it is a relief to see a respectable "short"...

Flat but Fun
I like tight wooded courses, being from Charlotte and all. I liked this course for its brutality, reminds me of home. Little if no elevation change means lots of well planned cutting to shape fairways, and greens. Some might say a little too excessive at times; a tee with a forked...

Come Feed the Monster!!!!
Now that all the new courses are around town I came back to my Renny review to say I lowered the score a half disc for taking out the short course. I liked it a lot. Especially old seven. Still play it daily, still in LOVE with my hatred of this park I call home. Since...

We are spoiled yet again
This is a review of an infant course that is at this time tee less. That being said, I played a round today on a course that I made up, except basket location. Spent some time locating pins and calculating where tees might be placed. I played with a friend and we had fun...

UPDATE: some tee pads are finished!! The ever so sloppy ninth hole is now concrete and straw at the tee, which gives relief to all chucking it a few feet behind the tee in the mud. Even with a few tees in I can tell this is my home course, played 54 holes on two courses, and...

the final frontier...
Today I took bogeys on almost all holes, and still had a great time. This park is massive, and so is the course. It was raining and the ground was playdough, but I was there to scope out the new beast that everyone is raving about, by myself, with no one else around. Whole...

straddle putt from the tee
The big field at this park before you get to the disc golf course is huge. So, you practice drives there and work on your short game in the course.Very easy walk to play 9 holes. You could play 36 holes here in the time it takes you to play a round at Renny.
Multi-use...
I nailed a 50 footer in a straight and tree riddled line, with the Mako 180gram. The pin was on top of big rocks over head high.Since then, it is my close range touch disc, a little spin goes a long way with a Mako. i use it more now than my KC Pro Roc.Renaissance Park Hole 16, tough bird.
I loved that old feller, shame he passed on. I loved the swinging basket, and the crazy boulders, and the feeling of hope for the future it gave me.....but, now, I must throw on. ELong, and Nevin here I come.

shoulder to shoulder
I love playing at this course, it is easy to play 3 rounds to Renny's one round.I give it a pitiful score, because of novice traffic jams alone. The course is cool, and fairly easy on the short tees. Can be hard to evil on the longs.Back nine is a forehanders paradise.I am one...
