Nice - Long - needs maintenance
Many challenging shots. There is a lot of diversity in this course. Most holes have concrete tee boxes. There are a few really nice high tee boxes throwing downhill to the basket.
The maintenance was poor. We're this a free course I would have overlooked this but...

Excellent condition. Large tee pads. Clear signage at the tee and also after the baskets. Fairways apear to be groomed regularly and every green is mulched. Trash cans and ash trays at every tee along with benches and bag holders.
