Tee pads, easy to play, well maintained
Water, lots of pedestrians, simple layout, people sitting in fairways.
It\'s a nice course if your close by, don\'t go out of your way to play.

Wide shot selection needed to play the course. Easy to play, great for beginners or practice rounds. Good tee signs and wind flags. Mados are well marked.
