-Several holes lack creativity - holes are long par 3s that go strait down what looks like an old ATV road or ski run. A tunnel thats 400 feet long...

-Fairly well maintained for a seasonal mountain-type course
-Dirt tee boxes, short, uneven, and have stumps... rubber or cement would go a long way
