Maybe you could add a BB to the bottom of disc sticking out a bit,it may add spin and the holes on peg board may make its path A little more uncertain

Took my pinky and ring finger off in a table saw a few years back.They put them back on it was a clean cut,but I lost 11/2" out of each one and just solid bone with no feeling and can not bend them.I learned to just use two finer power grip. Works out fine
