I'd go along with any call that you made as correct. I see both sides of the argument. I was just stating how I would have called it.
Maybe in the future you just say on or across any concrete is OB. The slabs on 18 were easy enough to avoid and had picnic tables on them too, so you probably...
I was on the card that this happened on. Neato.
Here are the facts of the situation:
First off. The disc was 100% surrounded by concrete.
Second. We took pictures of the lie and played the shot both ways. (inbounds/out of bounds)
Third. The retaining wall and sidewalk were flush surfaces...
It's correct. It's a feature of the A-series. It might even be mentioned on the the grip website. It sits forward like that to keep the top weight centered between the 2 long feet. When full of discs, it should sit better than the L-series bags. My L-series falls over backwards much easier than...
That is a good question and I'm also curious as to how this will/would be handled! I could see it going both ways, first to hit, or throw off.

You'll find all the information about the schedule, start times, players meetings, and course maps.
For future reference...
The most obvious difference is on the bottom of the bag. The first run L-series bags had 6 feet on the bottom. The second run L-series bags have 2 long runners on the bottom.
If you are looking at the spinal tap and grip, you gotta look at prodiscus as well. It will hold just as much as the spinal tap and has none of the quality issues. Could be the right bag for you!
One thing's for sure, there are plenty of bag options out there right now. You just have to figure...
Glass Blown Open only payed down 20%. Looked like the Majestic was pretty close to 45% for the advanced field.
That's the 2 tournament philosophies you see most right now. Pay deep and smaller players pack, or pay shallow and huge players pack. Different people prefer different ways of doing it.
A buddy that purchased one had his tear within the first week. Got a loaner while his was being fixed and reinforced. The loaner started to tear within the week as well. Seems like a possible flaw in the bag with all the recent posts.
To be fair, this has his bag fully loaded. 33-35 discs...
