Concrete tee boxes, well maintained, easy to follow layout. There should also be no reason you should ever lose a disc here.
No really challenging holes. Sometimes the park gets crowded by non-disc golf players.
This is a great course to play to get some quick practice worked in.

Good Variety
The first holes are long wide open shots for those with a big arm. The later holes become more technical.
The lack of concrete tee boxes and the heavy use of the course can lead to some pretty muddy encounters as well as vague tee areas.
