Maxing out at 370’ and running out of ideas

yA3NhPop-6U&feature=share&si=EMSIkaIECMiOmarE6JChQQ Hi! Been cruising the past couple months and not looking at my form much, but lately I can’t throw far so I decided to take a look. Throw on the right is from a month ago. Left is now. So I can tell left I am throwing like I’m tryna kill it...

Yeah I have been trying to keep the elbow out and maybe that leads me to accidentally keep the rest of the arm/disc too far away as well. Will see if i can deepen those and film it, I have tried a few times lately and I get some funky swings because of the different timing. Are there drills for...

https://youtu.be/pD6ruMoYsFE Hey folks, hope everyone’s season is going well. Just dropping in for a midseason checkup….I think I’m finishing more in control without the spin hop. To me it looks like my spine/torso is kinda lunging at the target as the disc comes through, but I’m open to...

Thanks SW, i think i had been thinking of that hop as a symptom of shorting my plant stride and bunching up, but on another look it does look like a rotating hop….So you’re saying it’s excess/leftover rotation at the expense of lateral shift?

Hi friends, in case anyone has a lot of time on their hands and wants to offer more general feedback than just form alone….here’s a video of a full round that I made as a way to study/target weaknesses in my game. 1o0tSgL5hZo Pretty normal round for me, scramble and grind my way to a few...

    My first form check!

Sounds like you have a pretty good idea of your biggest issues. I would add that your rear end is lined up near the right edge of the teepad on windup and then moves way left to about the center line of the teepad by the time you hit power pocket. That seems like an accuracy killer to me. If you...

    form check 6 years late

Wow you got a lot better! From the rear view it looks to me like you are staggering your plant foot too far left and your body moves left as you swing. How have you been doing hitting lines/gaps?

Thanks SW but I am confused. Doesn’t Feldy not bend his elbow because of an injury? Is that the part of his swing you are saying to replicate? Can you clarify what you mean by “slack or bunch up in the shoulder”?

C7FtZhlmHeY I was drilling the Feldberg swing today and it seems like when I swing up to shoulder level I naturally bring my elbow down as it bends and I get the scoop motion. I think the initial reason I was swinging low is the Lindahl/Aderhold tip of low to high to help keep the nose down. SW...

Also still dialing in the posture on the backhand. I am finishing pretty balanced on the plant leg, and watching the overthrow slo mos of Gibson I’m finding my line from nose to toes at power pocket is pretty close. But there might be too much of a lunge to the left/artificial closure. Elbow...

SW, re: the finger clench, do you mean to clench more throughout? Or to activate the clench into the release?
