-Signs for every hole w/par and distance
-Layout is easy to follow for first timers
-Great for beginners
-Solid variety of hole types (doglegs, elevation changes, etc.)
-Three practice pins at the start
-Many tee boxes have benches and/or trash cans
-Well maintained...

-Good signs
-Not overly crowded
-Multiple pins
-Multiple places to park
-27 holes (if all are open)
-Several holes are wide open and straight and the only challenge is length
-Holes 10-14 on the back 9 have been closed for a year as of now
-Several holes are beside roadways...
