    Courses on Cape Cod?

    Burgess is your only option on the cape, 4C's has been shutdown (plus it was aweful anyways) Like Dave said, if you can make it Borderland then you should. Otherwise Burgess is a fun course

    El Dorado SoCal

    Im in Long Beach for the week without transportation and I saw that El Dorado is 6 miles from my hotel. Can anyone give me some info on when the course, specifically when it closes and what would be the best way to get there via public transportation? I have training until 530 every day but I...

    Suggestions for Weeklong Roadtrip Through VA-MD-PA-NY-NJ-DE

    I played part of the Might yGaw layout with a friend a couple years ago and I have to say that I was mightily disappointed with it. It felt like they just put 2 of the normal layout holes together and called it Mighty. IMO of course but in all honesty i wished I had just played Warwick for...

    Connecticut -> ?official thread?

    That is also not too far from Warwick, just in the other direction from Wick. If you are going to drive to Warwick plan on a full day so you can play the different combos of layouts

    Connecticut -> ?official thread?

    That will be funny if you arent joking because the sandbagger who you speak of is The Natural. Big ups to Shawn for his first AM1 win, he totally deserved it.

    Im looking to find alternative to Monster as sidearm roller

    Is the moster too straight on the roller or not straight enough. I like the Star Max for my straight forehand rollers and different beat pro starfires for varying degrees of turn needed. I find forehand rollers similar to backhand drives in that the more stable a disc is the less it will turn...

    A reminder about injury.

    I too know the pain of a dislocated kneecap, it sucks bad. I would suggest rest rest and more rest until you feel completely healed. Then strenghten the area around it because if you didnt tear anything your tendons are gonna be stretched out and you will be prone to doing the same thing again...

    Teaching Beginners

    From my experience with beginners just dont correct him on every shot, only when it is clear that he is looking for some help after being frustrated. Constant advice gets annoying IMO

    Mini Payout/Ace Pot Structure

    As long as the am payouts and pro payouts are kept seperate then i dont see why anyone would have issues with paying the same amount. I would say that you should have casual starts. People pair up with whomever they want to play with and the groups verbally claim the closest holes so everyone is...

    Mini Payout/Ace Pot Structure

    I would say nothing over 7 for a weekly league, but that just my humble opinion. Id go 5 to the payout, 1 to ace pot, and 1 to the course fund (if there is one). If no course fund either roll up to 6$ payout or take the extra dollars and put on an end of summer cook out for all the regulars.

    Putter suggestions?

    I vote Glow Aviars On your Warlock vs. Wizard question: from what ive been told the Warlock is a more understable version of the Wizard. I personally dont like the way that the Gateway putters feel but i realize im in the minority here. To be honest id suggest going to buy the putter in person...

    2008 Summer Soltstice - June 21, 2008

    Can i get some info on the camping/tourney etc. Onsite/offsite camping? Camping is pay, wooded, lakes, etc? I checked the site but i couldnt find any info on this... Is it a two day event? On a pdga note: do we have to be a pdga member to play a b-tier, or is that just A-tiers and above?

    Same bag for a year now

    Im with James here in saying that i think you should try and minimize molds. Choose one for each key slot in Blake's article and try and pair down the drivers.

    Ching Roc

    Ching roc=Flat Top roc I like them for the dependable stable mid but not stupid stable (which i use a z-wasp). I like the feel of the FT roc and I also like the increased high speed stability which prevents from any turnovers when you miss the angle a little bit. I prefer big bird dx rocs for...
