well kept land, easy flow from hole to hole, easy course to play during lunch or just for a quick practice before going to frontier park
next to a busy street and close to houses also no parking, you have to park along the street

lots of space, land is kept up well.Nice river that runs through the land and easy access over the water
The baskets are not well marked and neither are the tees, and is very hard to move from hole to hole also baskets are random there is no flow
