I'll give it a 4 because it used to be a really fun course before a bunch of scumbag lowlifes stole baskets and gutted the course. A cool mix of shots with good elevation changes. Hole 18 is a blast!
Last I knew no baskets remain--just pole targets. Some throwers will consider it...

Very challenging w/ good mix of deuce and long holes
Two sets of tees for each hole.
Quiet and relaxing site right next to river
One or two holes have random fairways
A professional caliber course that will hopefully get more exposure in the future.

awesome in every way
2 sets of tees and baskets gives throwers 4 different courses from which to choose. Punisher layout is as good as it gets.
20 foot long tees
Many elevated greens
An incredible variety of shots.
Hole 7 is a head scratcher for some players. It has grown on me however...

Best course in Grand Rapids. Definitely check it out if you get a chance and enjoy the back nine.
