Needs new tee pads
Mix of open and wooded technical holes.
Tee Pads are terrible. Slippery, undulating in some cases. This course would be one of the top in the area with new tee pads. Preferably tiled or poured but not rubber mats.

Takes advantage of available terrain and some altitude.
Course is in process. IMO...A few holes need better lines with light tree clearing. Only 9 holes.

Mix of tight drives and a few open drives. Clean course and failry maintained. Good signage.
A few poor tee pads.
Entering/exiting the parking lot can be frustrating.
Needs some clearing on a few trees located in some of the fairways.
