First off, 'Gratz on your world title!
Before you were throwing big D, did you ever have an "aha" moment...where you saw a noticeable increase in your distance, if so, what was it? Also, what advice do you have for players trying to get more distance out of their game?
Thanks
From the angle of the camera it's hard to tell, but It looks like you're not even throwing from the goal post in this second video. To me, you look closer than the goal post.
As mentioned in previous posts your throw looks shorter, yet this is supposed to be the longer of the two throws.
It helps if there are a couple of targets in the field to utilize. If not, most use their DG bag. Let's say you throw 300 ft. Pick a target 300 feet away, and throw one shot e.g. hyzer at the target with all your discs. Try to get all the discs within 30 feet of your target.
Repeat this...
The disc "disappears" into the trees & the camera stops moving, then the camera pans and the disc is seen coming out of the trees.
Is there someone in the trees we can't see, throwing a second shot at the point I mention above? That's the impression I get when watching the video.
Agreed, it's a minimal review. I just don't think his review takes anything away from the course. I know his review won't deter me from playing there, if I get the chance.
I think his review could even be helpful to other "average" players like him, who choose to play Idlewild, and end up...
IMO, for a course to receive very high ratings EVERY time it's reviewed, it has to be a course that appeals to EVERYONE.
I applaud the reviewer for giving his honest rating and opinion of this course, as opposed to just going along with the 'status quo', of other reviewers.
Try some discs that are less overstable. The Destroyer is not a beginners disc.
A Roadrunner, Sidewinder, Cyclone, or JLS are good discs for someone just starting out.
It sounds like you're starting to throw with an anhyzer to compensate for the fade in your throws. Learning an anhyzer is...
