Great use of the property. Several shot types are needed here, especially with play in the woods for a few holes. Hanging basket on 3 was a nice touch.
I would agree with the review that mentioned 9 playing over the entrance to the property. I like the hole but I can see it being problematic...

Elevation
Excellent use of changes in elevation. Many holes play way uphill or downhill. Very scenic views. Lots of birdie opportunities without much trouble. Course is well-marked and isn't tough to navigate.
