Good but not Great
-good variety, shots, open and tight areas, elevation, and lenth
-practice baskets with wide open driving areas immediately adjacent to the course
-concrete tees and signage
-course flow is not the greatest, holes cross each other and you have to shoot right near houses...

Delightfully Difficult
-very challenging course, my personal opinion that it is the hardest in the austin area, just a tad harder than manor
