Grand course
great location, fun layout, fairly easy to follow.
poor tee boxes. I hate worrying about falling down on big throws. could lose a disc in wildflower fileds (there are worse ways to lose a disc)
Worth playing for sure. T

re-visit
Love the backdrop, decent design for the land available. Nice locals, not crowded when i've been there. Medium navigation difficulty. Not bad though.
poor pads, kind of trashy (I don't mind) a 320' hyzer gets you in the circle 7/9 holes. Dtill fun though.

Regular
great course, agree with other posters on the average. still excellent amintenance. Getting altenate pin sleeve in 2010.
! none I can think of.
People conflicts aren't as bad as I would expect for a very popular course in a big Idaho city. I rarely have to skip a hole.

not that bad
Good variety, not busy when I've been there. Lots of OB and other user conflict makes it much harder than it should be.
beskets are lightning portables and are cementd ino the ground a bit low (6 inches?). you could kill someone here.
I'm not sure why I dont play here more. well...

Not that bad
Never crowded, nice park.
baskets catch terribly, one was badly vandalized on my last trip through. Really not a terrible design, but needs real baskets and more traffic. I just don't make it to American Falls often and there are so many other options in the area.

not a neutral party, again
fun, variety, decent elevation. few blind shots. some risky holes, some water, some bomber shots and some touch shots around obstacles. "pool course" is on an old pitch and putt golf course. "lion" course has cool lava cliffs, good river potential and is never...

home course
Variety of shots from 240 to 500+ feet. Lots of cool downhill and some tough uphills. good use of terrain
Does take a while to play 18. Lots of potential for lost discs if you don't know how your shots go on the course. Beginners quake in fear.
Has stood the test of time well...

Not neutral
Fun shots in a nice park. Really easy to navigate. Family and stroller friendly. Alternate pins were added in 2008. Each tee now has a 4x4 post and a full color map of the highest quality. If empty you can crank out a round in 20 minutes.
A bit short for the beefcakes out there...

I am not objective
Lots of variety, long downhills, big turnover, hyzer, technical and open. The top is shorter than I would like to see, but you use what you have.
Needs tee pads. Some blind shots could lead to lost discs. Still being developed.
The front 9 was developed to take some of...
