Nice layout for the available space. Red tees (holes 1-9) are fairly beginner friendly and not too tight (especially for a new course). Blue tees (holes 10-18) are much longer and a real challenge. For a bum like me just play the reds twice around.

Nice course, I really liked the layout and how it flowed. The tee signs were temporary but nice enough and instructed you on the direction. Sometimes it was hard to know which pin placement was used. On most holes you could figure it out but on a couple it was tough for a first...
