    Valkyrie Roadrunner Predator Demon Rhyno

    [Drivers] Stable compliment to Valkyrie

I have thrown Valks since I began in '01 and max weight Champs are good, but I gotta agree with the VIKING suggestion. I have always thought it is the Male Valk or that a Valk had an illegitimate child with a broken in Firebird. Another one is the Avenger. I love Predators too, but the...

    [Recommend] Understable mid range.

    Beat 180g Roc or Shark

[Vs.] Innova Plastics: What do you prefer and why?

STAR hands down. Breaks in nice and uniformly, very grippy, very tough. Best of all worlds.

    [Drivers] Valkyrie....whats next?

I'm in the same boat as for distance and I'm a Valk fan. Lately I've been trying out a few Roadrunners, a first run Z Avenger, a first run Tsunami, and some beat in DX Valks to compare with some Champ/CE/Star Valks that are my meat n potatoes. I am tossing them all within 20' of each other...

[Gateway] Help me pick 4 Gateway discs

Demon-OS Mid that is a beast and lasts forever. Shorter Firebird. Karma-faster KC Roc Element-faster dead straight broken in Roc Illusion-super fast OS driver. very first wide rimmed driver that I remember

[Innova] Anyone else love their Panther?

Panther is a great "tweener" I too miss the old DX Panthers. Absolutely my fave all purpose disc for tight wooded courses, and finesse/control/touch shots. The Champs will still work great after some breaking in. I just bought my GF a new S Gremlin and if I closed my eyes I would think...

    [Innova] Pig vs. Rhyno

Rhyno is plenty stable for me. Nice glide, control, lands like a UFO. One of my fave discs. Can use it for all mid shots as well. Straightest flyer for me. Great feel in the hand. Can take a hard rip and not flip.

    [Innova] distance line for roc

too much speed will flip a Roc. you can take a beaten to death Roc and flip it up on a fairly long straight line. i agree 100% it requires "smooth clean release". i am not a power thrower at all, but i use a stable Roc for most 150' to maybe 275' approaches. i can still flip it into the...

    Overstable mid??

Agree with the "new Roc" suggestion. Doesn't matter so much which plastic/cost, just that it's new. I think the Champs are the most for what it's worth. If you like smaller diameters, then you have the Gator, Demon, etc, that are most stable for a mid. DX or KC Rocs are solid for...

    My buddy needs a mid..

He's got an Element, so get him a ROC. The ROC can be finesse or power driven. That's why it is the GOD of Midrange. I must say the Panther is indeed a sweet truly finesse mid.

    best distance disc

Valk was always it, but lately the Destroyer is getting my interest. Agree with the other posts that it's characteristics are very nice and powerful.

    Demon

Love the S Demon in the eraser plastic. Love Z Preds too. Demon is one of the most forgiving and consistent discs ever. It is uber predictable. I always thought of it as a "go for it" approach disc. It doesn't go very far when it hits. You can crank the bejesus out of it and it won't...

    Pred?

Z Pred is an excellent disc. It will never leave your bag. Super predictable and just sturdy as hell. Always seemed like a faster Firebird to me. I love me some FB's, but Predator is no joke. I kind of like the thinner lip in my hand than the FB. FB is pretty timeless too. I'm too human...

    Star Wars Dyes

Pulp Boba and Vader is pretty damn fly.
