agreed, it depends a lot of what distance I'm trying for. If I'm throwing 220+ feet (especially from tee), form essentially matches a drive, which means my head is down and eyes roughly follow the disc. If I'm throwing an approach shot, my eyes stay on my target and I'm standstill.
