The front 9 at the main park are very open holes that reward distance. You get in the car and drive to another part of the park to play the back 9 holes. These holes go through a thickly wooded area that definitely rewards accuracy.

Very enjoyable course with generally open fairways and moderate elevation changes. Water hazards such as a small stream come into play on a few holes. Easy to access in the middle of Birmingham.
Most of the holes relatively easy to par. I guess this could be considered a "pro" for the course...
