Beautiful setting in the mountains, great use of elevation, great mix of open and wooded holes, a number of unique holes, 2 candidates for signature holes.
Tough to navigate without a guide (threw from the wrong tee/at the wrong basket a couple times), tons of flying bugs...

Small course, you can play it in about a half an hour. Not too many trees to contend with, there are definite lines to the baskets unlike some of the bigger courses. Brand new baskets and great new signs

Nice little course
You start at the top of a hill that overlooks most of the course. The views of the valley and the hills in the distance are amazing, that sold us on the course before we even started.
Easy to navigate, there are clear paths to the next tee from the previous basket.

The course is very small, you could play it in less than half an hour. It's close to Mountaineer Casino and Thompson Run Park, so if you're already at either of those places you could easily play this course. Short holes make for birdie and ace chances galore.
