Beautiful environment
Set in an a beautiful and exotic environment, the elevation makes it even better. Good variation of holes and a nice challenge for a pro player. Some very cool trees were used nicely as guardians on the fairway making me struggle with a game plan.

A nice start
Most of the course is located on mowed lawns. The course is very accessible and well suited for beginners. The hole lengths are (with two exceptions) very short. It's easy to bring a trolly or stroller on he course which makes it very suitable for parents with disc golf abstinence...

Dead
In 2008 this was a very good course, but poor support from local city council made us leave this course.
I'm not even sure how many holes of the original 18 holes that are playable today, perhaps 5?
Avoid the trip until further notice.

Lottery
I nice course for a casual round with your friends. Nice elevation.
I really can't understand how this could be one of the most highly rated disc golf courses in the world. I can think of very few other courses which feel as much of a lottery.
The fairway mainly consists of hard soil...

This is the smaller of the two courses at Ale Discgolfcenter, but small does not have to mean easy. This course (like the bigger course) has been "carved out" in the forest where all necessary trees have been cut down, the stumps have been removed and the ground have been leveled.
Even if the...

Aiming high
This is a huge course where the designers Camilla and Jonas aim to develop one of the best championship courses in the world.
Most course designers need to adjust to the local surroundings and place the holes where there are natural gaps. This is not the case in Ale where most holes...
