    ProdiscusThread (Jokeri, Midari, Respecti, Legenda)

They're still all over the place in Finland (as much as they've ever been), so no signs of them stopping. Could just be the US importers causing the situation there.

    Overmolds and Moment of Inertia

And IIRC JHern pretty much showed that overmolded, "gyroscopic" discs have even in an optimal case a very small effect on the flight of the disc no matter what you do. Still, I throw the MVP discs I throw because they fly really, really well, and after the first run is dealt with the...

    Low fade midranges

If the non-gummy flat Cs fade hard, then admittedly it's a bad recommendation. But I've yet to see a D-Line that didn't have very low fade when starting out (damn I love those discs, and once worn for a few months they become incredibly good understable mids as well), and the new S-Lines I've...

    Low fade midranges

Actually I was referring to D and C-Lines, and one of the throws was a new flat gummy C that had been thrown maybe 6 times total so far. Air it out and yeah, it'll fade, but not on a low line. Plus overall if one is looking for a true neutral disc, I think looking for such a thing in a new one...

    Low fade midranges

I'll throw out the MD2 again: Three times today I slightly messed up a shot because they didn't fade even that little bit I was expecting them to.

    Groove Mold Change?

Probably not a different mold, I've seen massive changes come from just normal run to run variations in many discs.

    Discmania

The C-MD3 I'm talking about is a production run disc, looks like Jolly Launcher but I can't be sure. The gummy ones are the prime MD2 hype discs.

    Discmania

The only MD3 I have throw (my own early production disc) flies exactly like my yummy gummy flat C-MD2's. And indeed, I've heard that the later ones were a bit different.

    Old Valk?

Nah, I made a mistake, meant to write 2.1-2.3, not 21.0 to 21.3. I guess I was thinking of the diameter (21.2 cm) instead of the rim width (2.2 cm) for some reason. 1.9 cm is exactly right according to spec, but there can be so much variance in the discs that it could still possibly be a Valk...

    Discmania (FD) Jackal

Sounds about right for mine as well. Kinda bummed, I was really hoping it to be essentially a production 2nd run C-FD. Doesn't feel like a bad disc, just doesn't feel like the disc I was hoping it to be. Welp, at least I've got 6 of the 2nd run C-FDs, should last me a while.

    Anyone tried a Kastaplast Rask?

    Swift, slippy, quick, brisk.

    Old Valk?

"If it's around 1.9 cm"... I've measured Destroyers to be anywhere from 21.0 to 21.3 cm depending on the run and the plastic.

Damn, those Gs are sounding great.

    Discmania (FD) Jackal

Need to check S-FD's again, the ones I've had the pleasure of throwing were definitely more like -2 HSS or something, basically flew like a slightly seasoned Champ Leo. And just to throw it out there, anyone throw the C-FD2 yet? I threw mine a few times and while I didn't really feel like I got...

    Understable Midranges

Great understable mid range that one, I'd probably throw either that or the Anode if I wasn't so in love with MD2s.
