-Easy to access with good parking.
-Nice open shots to work on your drives.
-Every hole has a "safe" approach option.
-You are definitely going to be delayed waiting for people on the walking track
-Pro scoring (all par 3s) is a bit tough and Rec scoring (39) is too easy
