Well maintained grounds/facilities. Fairly easy course, good beginner course.
Couple holes (16,17) don't seem finished yet. 16 goes over a marshy creek bed at the pin, must walk all the way around to get back to hole, needs bridge or walkway. 17 is better, tee box concrete finally poured but...
