I started with Innova discs, but have added more Discraft over the years. Also, I like my Ching JUJU putter. It works great for me. I had a Latitude disc, but lost it the first time out with it. It felt great, so I will have to get more discs from them when I get a chance.
I would say try out...
I throw mainly BH, but am working on my FH. My OH is not a bad option to get out of trouble. Sometimes I throw an OH since it is the best course of action. I almost always putt BH, but in some cases I switch to FH.
I said Discraft. I do not have many of them, but their my favs. I really like ESP plastic. I also think I like Z plastic over Champ plastic. My fav putter is made by Ching. I like checking out different brands, so hopefully at some point I will be able to check out more than Innova, Discraft...
I threw it 100ft or so I think, but it landed in some dense underbrush.
Also, I could not look for it long since I had somewhere to go. Maybe this coming Fall or Winter I will look for it again.
I also have a DX Leopard sitting in my pond in my backyard.
After losing the second disc, I gave up...
You got some good points. I practice putts I can make to build my confidence when putting and it helps. I think finding a routine is another key to putting.
I say it depends on angle of entry and the depth of water like krallbd said.
I lost a disc in my pond, but have not got it back out yet. It went in vertical and sunk to the bottom.
