Challenging enough but starting to become overgrown

Great course for beginners
It is what it is, shorter holes and good use of foliage to make this course fun and yet somewhat challenging. Only hole 12 feels like it's difficult to get par, otherwise most people should be able to sit around 3 shots per hole relatively easily. Good warm up...
