Good Starter course
Good distance (assuming par 3 courses are your thing)
Challenging for RHBH throwers (LOTS of right turns)
Tee areas are well maintained and (surprisingly) rarely muddy.
Good mix of open, semi open and wooded holes.
There's a lack of "random trees" holes (IMO a good thing)...
