Tough to beat Napa
I have played pretty much all the courses in the Bay Area, and this one has recently become my most favorite. There's just so much to recommend it. A few of the best attributes:
-Nice layout, use of terrain
-Nice variety of holes, some short, some longer, different curves...

Worth the trip
*Good layout -- the holes flow nicely from basket to tee.
*Nice variety - a few long holes, a lot of short ones, challenging approaches guarded by trees. Some doglegs left, some right.
*Great map -- someone did a really nice job of creating a map with an aerial photograph...

Play All Day
I have never ever ever had to wait on a tee. Living as I do in the SF bay area, that is no small thing. There is a nice variety of holes, some tight and narrow, others super long and open. The back 9 is really great. Did I mention there is never anyone there?

Holes all have decent distance and are well laid out. Some trees as obstacles but always an opportunity for a good drive on all the holes. #6 is beautiful and #4 and #9 are fun downhill holes. The holes are interesting enough to play twice in a day. When we played it was...
