Leviathan
Challenging course, regardlss of your skill. Cement pads throughout. Well kept and not too far out of Ludington. Definitely worth checking out.
A lot of woods, the thickness of the woods makes it easy to lose a disc.

Knollwood
A good starter course, if you can make your way through the stupid college wanna be disc golfers.
Every aspect of the place is its cons. The place is a pit, garbage everywhere, beer bottles broken, the sess pool they call a pond and the hill billies swimming in it trying to sell you...

Kimball Pines
Challenging course, nice and quiet and usually not very busy. If you want to throw somewhere and not have to worry about waiting, Kimball is the spot.
Located near the armpit of Michigan that is Battle Creek. At least it is not right in the heart of that pit.
Yearly renaissance fair.

Hickory Hills
Good elevation changes and a lot of woods. Placed on an old ski resort, Hickory gives a good challenge to just about any type of disc golfer out there. One of my favorite Northern courses played.
I live three and a half hours away.

Fort Custer
This was a great course last year, before some jerkoffs stole the 10 of the 18 baskets. I have yet to throow it in 2009 and do not really plan on it. It is now only 9 holes and it is right by the guard shack, for those that didn't get to play it last year, you really missed out...

Springfield - Begg Park
Good for the "big aremed" golfers. A lot of long open holes with a few wooded to mix it up a bit. A good course for beginners as there are not a lot of places to lose your disc.
If you are into throwing in the trees, try heading over to Kimball Pines just down the road...

RoMo - Robert Morris
A good mixture of open holes and wooded holes. The pro tees give a good challenge for the long drivers out there. Holes one and two can make or break your round and there is great elevation changes.
From Memorial Day until Labor Day you have to pay to get into the park and...

Flip City
This course has everything, by far my personal favorite. Elevation changes, distance and great pin placement gives disc golfers of all shapes and sizes a fun challenging course in a nice quiet forrested area.
It is kind of in the middle of no where, but definitely worth the drive, no...

Oshtemo - Longs
Wide range of hole types. Challenging tee shots and basket placement.
In early spring, the fair weather disc golfers start crawling out of the wood work. During mid to late summer months the foilage is herendous, it's easy to lose a disc.
Overall a good course, but I would not...
