lots of variation (long open drives, shaping shots, elevation change, water feature, etc) keeps it exciting. two courses.
huge water feature. a whole lot of elevation change. driving from the sidewalk of active streets a couple times.

pretty course with plenty of trees forcing you to shape shots or get bogies. two "bonus" holes 12B and 15B just for fun. this course is part of a massive park on the north side of long beach.
