Nice small course
Signs pointing towards the pin with distance to pin.
Open fairways on a couple holes with mowed grass, for nice easy drives.
Mixed wooded and open holes so it's not repetitive.

Potentially good if kept up
The pins are not always straight ahead, which allows for different throws. And there are a fair amount of obstacles which don't make it too easy.
