Nice short course
Great, rugged course to play quickly and without the need to overly technical abilities. You can play this course mostly, at least 5 holes, without concern even for trees. Very open layout.
Intimidating to throw next to busy road. Two tee boxes align parallel to roads.

Great tee pads, level. Course well maintained, holds up well after recent rains. Multiple pin options allow for creative hole designs.
Holes align well to throw into next tee boxes with a few of my errant throws...watch out if I am coming up behind you.
