Unless you're an elite player, you should enjoy this
course, yet newcomers should not find it too difficult.
Each hole has individual character. I think it quite a clever design given the space and resource constraints.
Eight pads are concrete; #5 is wooden. All are in fine...

The course is crammed into a relatively small area and it's difficult to imagine it being much better given the constraints. I've never found the course to be in poor condition...
