Pretty flat (no downhills)
Lots of various holes, friendly people, lovely park, easy to bike to. Beginner friendly-ish (let faster groups pass you to relieve the pressure.)
Very busy, no down hills, a little muddy in winter (what course isn't?)

Flat and fun!
Flat, not too difficult to find errant discs, sunny, good signage if you can find 'em, not very busy/rushed.
No map on site, no arrows to point you in the right direction,
google maps brought us to the 18th hole on a gravel road by the skate park. There's nothing wrong with that...
