Very nice course.
Well maintained trails, tees, and signage. The course is well-shaded for the most part with only a few holes in the open. The course was clean with very little litter.
I truly enjoyed this course and the area. It is wel-maintained, which makes playing a pleasure.

Course needs some work.
Well designed course, lots of challenges such as water, trees, visibility. Nicely wooded area. Trails are well-maintained for the most part.
Poor signage. The creek and many of the grassy areas appear polluted with sewage. I don't mind getting a little dirty or wet, but...
