Yes, most rating systems are horrible. If you are speaking of the Innova rating system it is defined as resistance to turn, not the actual rate. At least, it was the last time I checked.

They're a local used video game store chain throughout ND. The ebay name is the same as the store. The owner played disc golf so the stores quickly started retailing discs.

It's perfectly fine, I have sent him stuff before. It's only an additional 2 or so dollars.
