James Conrad, Lisa Fajkus, and Jessica Weese on Star Team
Josh Anthon, Bradley Williams, and Drew Gibson on Champion Team
Psyched for Conrad and glad they gave Brad and Anthon team spots.
Maybe he used the SuperHero for his ITB video (to please Innova) but he was certainly rocking a Rebel at the Greater Hartford disc golf open this past weekend.
Anybody own the Pro HD yet? I'm looking to buy one and they seem to be out of stock at most places besides Amazon. Knowledge of any deals to be had on these would be appreciated!
Recently fell back in love with Orcs after having great luck with a 161g PFN Star. Had to find more for backups so I went to the local PIAS and went through every used bin looking.. then randomly found a nice 167 PFN Star on the new discs rack. It has a good bit of dome but wow is it overstable...
Regardless of coverage (post/live/facebook) issues... the tournament and more importantly anybody on the east coast from Florida to Maine should be aware of the potential threat of Hurricane Matthew. It just reached CAT 5 status (strongest in Atlantic in 9 years) and looks to devastate most of...
And the whole day I was wondering why Paul was playing so oddly in Nantucket... Now I see the power play to be made which was likely brewing all day within him. I support BW in an appropriate appeals process with a more reasonable sentence and any sort of statement from the PDGA - which I think...
Hey Upper Park - If you all still check this thread... Any news on the Rebel with the built in seat? I need to upgrade from my Shift and am trying to see if I should hold out a bit longer or just buy the V3.
Hah finally one that I have played! Stayed the night there and played a solo glow round last year - probably threw a glow Truth forehand. Now I would probably backhand a star Vroc3 or opto Claymore. I could see a Fuse on a forehand anny line working as well...
I got #2 last night and it was a hole I had been really trying to ace for a while. Hole #2 at CC park in Austin - blind and tight dogleg right forehand flick with a domey firebird. 1st ace was a few weeks ago with a firebird as well so now I need to ace with something else. Also getting an Ace...
I don't really lose discs often - but I do find them nearly every round. So based on my findings in the past year the top 3 would have to be Destroyers (8), Valks (5) and Bosses (3). And yes I go way out of my way to try to return any that have names or numbers.
My first go at it - thanks for the tutorials Goose! Been wanting to try this for a while just needed to remember to buy the lard. Ended up being pretty easy as I expected and the results were what I was hoping for. Some of the blue dye did not mix well enough but it ended up not being a problem...
Same problem with storm chasing live streams these days and that was my suspicion from the get-go when it started getting choppy. I imagine it will only get worse as the weekend goes on with more and more spectators coming out. I'm curious as to what kind of cell signal booster tech they are...
I would say Slaughter Creek - aka "CC" park is a must play for you. I'm kinda biased bc I play there 5x a week but it is a really solid, challenging, and decently shaded course. I can't speak for many courses North of the river but other than CC I think Bible Ridge is also very much worth...
I like the idea of the Towch clipped on the side! Never heard of it before but I think I'll order one. My Shift usually ends up more stuffed after a round than when I start the round.. Even subtracting 2 beers that I will drink on course. I very often find up to 2-3 discs on the course per round...
